Building Consulting

Retained advisory on the questions that decide a construction or property matter: what is actually damaged, what the repair genuinely requires, and what it should cost. Clarity early, before positions harden and the file becomes a lawsuit.

Clarity before the dispute hardens
Overview

Answers before the dispute hardens.

Most construction and property disputes are decided by facts that are knowable early: the true scope of the damage, whether a repair is feasible, the sequencing it requires, and the defensible cost to do it correctly. I am retained to establish those facts and advise on them before the matter escalates.

This is advisory work, not testimony. I help counsel, carriers, and owners understand the building reality so they can make decisions from a position of knowledge. When a matter does proceed to litigation, that early groundwork carries directly into a disclosed opinion.

How I Help

Scope, cost, and feasibility, established early.

01

Scope and cost review

An independent read on what is damaged, what the repair requires, and what it should cost, built in Xactimate or Symbility.

02

Repair methodology

Guidance on constructability, sequencing, and the right repair approach, grounded in how the building actually goes back together.

03

Pre-litigation clarity

A clear, documented assessment that helps you decide how to proceed before the matter becomes contested.
